If you've just recently applied to be an affiliate in AdCenter, the approval process typically takes less than 24 hours with a maximum of 72 hours. After we review and approve of your application, you'll receive a welcome email and our account manager will contact you shortly to help you launch your campaign with AdCenter.
If you are already approved and cannot login, you may fall under one of the following categories:
- Invalid Email or Password: you may have forgotten your password. No big deal. Please click on the 'Reset Password' option and an email will be sent to your sign-up email.
- Inactivity Suspension: Due to 30 days of inactivity, your account has been suspended. Please contact your account manager to get started again.
- Policy Suspension: Due to breaches in AdCenter policy, please check your emails from our Policy team and contact your account manager.
- Manual Suspension: Your account has been suspended, please contact your account manager for more information.
- Blacklisted: Your account has been deactivated due to suspicious activity.
