Use Comments & Testimonials

Customer testimonials are great for your business. How? They build customer trust. Especially important for your new visitors, newcomers tend to imitate others. This way they are more confident with their choice.

Testimonials and comments are not strictly the same thing, but they are both a form of social proof that gives your website credibility. Adding a comment section, is one of the best ways to guarantee that visitors chose you over your competitors.

Even if  your website is not a forum for testimonials, it provides a means for visitors  to share their experiences with one another. To prevent abuse, all testimonials should be reviewed by management of your website. Your company does not need to share the opinions, views or commentary of any testimonials on your site, and are strictly the views of the reviewer.
